• Responsible for the entire lifecycle of contracts within the organization. This includes drafting, negotiating, reviewing, and finalizing contracts to ensure they align with company policies and legal requirements.
• Oversee compliance with contractual obligations during the execution phase.
• Monitor contract performance, payments, and financial implications. They may be involved in budgeting and forecasting related to contracts.

Core Responsibilities
