1. Role Description
This position reports to the Director.
He/She will be helping the company drive its sales strategies so as to improve its market position and achieve business growth. At the same time, he/she will be actively involved in the training workshops the company conducts with its clients.
2. Specific Responsibilities
Individual to be involved in:
1) Formulating sales strategies and priorities which reflect the company's business objectives
2) Leading the development of proposals and sales collateral based on evaluation of business
opportunities
3) Supervising all sales operations, developing & maximising the sales efforts of the company
4) Developing, managing and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders
5) Conducting training workshops with clients

1) Analyse the needs and expectations of the company's actual and potential clients
2) Plan and initiate actions to achieve overall sales targets
3) Amend or create new sales targets based on evaluation
