The ideal candidate must hold at least an ITIL Foundation certification and demonstrate expertise in project management, service delivery, and IT support functions. The Instructor Operating Station (IOS) is the main interface in which Flight Instructors and Operators will use, to perform planning, controlling of the training environment, observation, and instruction delivery to pilot trainees within a simulator system. We are looking for someone to join us as a Simulation System Engineer, to co-build solutions together with our IOS team members. These solutions will contribute to our state-of-the-art Air Simulator project’s delivery to our end users.

The role as an Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Engineer, to be part of the Systems Engineering Team to play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective and efficient operation of training and simulation project systems by integrating logistics considerations throughout its lifecycle.

This role requires a blend of technical expertise, analytical skills, and project management capabilities to support the planning, development, implementation, and sustainment of logistics support solutions.

• To assume the lead role of ILS Lead / Engineer for the assigned projects
• Logistics Planning: Develop comprehensive logistics plans in coordination with project managers and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of logistics support throughout the system lifecycle

The role involves managing and leading Data and Analytics projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality and GP standards. You will be managing team members in delivering solutions regarding or relevant to our products and services in Digital Twin and Metaverse segments. There will be content creators, application developers and testing engineers assigned to your charge, in producing solutions for customers. As a project manager, you will manage stakeholders’ interests and requirements, while keeping the solution on track for delivery within constraints of scope, time and cost. You will also be managing sub-contractors/suppliers as sourced for the production process.

To maintain consistent practice while also seeking balance with the customer experience, you will maintain awareness of the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure conformance with policies and processes, while helping the team to stay productive and focused on the solution for the customer. Where applicable, you will guide the team on common and/or standardised methodologies, particularly where there are collaborative works with external parties.

As regular duties, you will liaise with the company’s Finance department in handling project budgets and activity-based costing for manpower, as well as periodic reporting of delivery progress. In cooperation with the department manager, you will also assist in decisions on capital/operational expenses, monitoring overall costs and manpower utilisation of the department against targets.

We are looking for someone to join us as a Lead Software Engineer, who is proficient in several programming languages and responsible for the development and integration of diverse systems to co-build solutions together with our customer. These solutions will contribute to our state-of-the-art Air Simulator project’s delivery to our end users.

What this role entails:

• Working closely with other internal and external teams to incorporate their sub-systems (e.g. instructor software, bots, 3D modelling) into a coherent integrated simulator
• Implementing messaging mechanisms to allow disparate, and possibly legacy, systems to communicate with each other
• Adopting the various software development tools and software frameworks that the company project team uses
• Generating engineering documentation within the team, to document the various requirements, design, and test areas to be developed

What this role will require:

• A minimum of 5 years experience in software development is required for this role.
• Experience in leading/managing a team will be a plus.
• While company-sponsored training courses and guidance may be provided, independent learning and being a team player is required, to fit into the team’s culture
• Being comfortable to engage and communicate with end users, customers will be a plus
• Good knowledge or practical experience in several programming languages (C++, C#, Java, JavaScript) will be a plus

• Design, and development of Graphical User Interfaces for Flight Instructor and Operator use.
• Working closely to solicit inputs from Flight Instructors and Operators, to provide solutions suitable for their training delivery and execution needs.
• Working closely with other simulator subsystem teams, to ensure proper integration with the various simulator subsystem components (e.g. communication systems, networking, bots, etc).
• Adopting the various software development tools, approaches, and software frameworks that the company project team uses (e.g. gRPC, databases, microservices, PRISM framework etc)
• Adopting UI/UX best practises
• Generating engineering documentation within the team, to document the various requirements, design, and test areas to be developed
• Overseas travel for training, meetings or deployment can be expected

Job Requirements:

• At least 3-5 years of software engineer experience
• Good knowledge or practical experience in C# and/or C++ will be a plus
• A willingness to learn and develop software in primarily C# and sometimes C++, and learning good programming practices and techniques over time, to ensure efficient performance in a 60-fps simulation/game environment
• A willingness to learn a wide array of technology and technology areas, which can range from frontend to backend software development.

• Being comfortable to engage and communicate with end users, customers will be a plus

The candidate will oversee and manage the IT and Cyber security infrastructure for the Line of Business (LOB). The applicant will work closely with the various project teams to ensure that infrastructure implementations are properly managed and instituted in accordance with current best practices and authority requirements. The successful candidate will be involved in security compliance audits and provide guidance and consultation to project team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the cyber and IT infrastructure in line with the company’s policies and authority mandates
• Establish and oversee the implementation of security protocols for project and common infrastructure.
• Review processes and perform internal security audits, to identify areas of non-compliance and propose remedies in line with company policies and authority requirements.
• Conduct periodic trainings on Cyber Security measures and best practices
• Write functional requirement documents and guides
• Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role and have work experience
• Good understanding of IT Infrastructure and Cyber Security measures and implementation methodologies
• Project Management experience will be an advantage
• Possess CISSP/ SCCP certifications,
