We are looking for warehouse pickers to work from 10.30am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday. There would also be one Saturday or Sunday working per month.
These are permanent roles, offering the chance to join a cosmopolitan warehouse team in a friendly family business.

We have vacancies in our general Call Centre, which involves dealing with customers' queries and complaints on our internet site by phone and email and advising them on their purchases.

Roles in the general Call Centre are office-based and are from 9am, to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. There is a requirement to work one Saturday a month.

Spanish Translator (EN > Spanish)

The Role

SportsShoes.com are looking for an open minded, creative individual to support our
international e-commerce team of marketers, translators and designers to improve our Spanish
website content, newsletters, blog content and social media, and work on promotions and
marketing campaigns for the Spanish market.

Key Attributes / Qualifications

• Spanish speaker (mother-tongue), or University degree in Spanish Studies or Translations (2:1 minimum requirement);
• Good verbal and written communication in English;
• Excellent written skills, applying an editorial and commercial tone as well as Spanish
copywriting skills are key;
• Strong eye for detail and accuracy;
• Creative individual with new ideas for business opportunities in the Spanish market
and the confidence to communicate those ideas;
• Confidence in working under pressure with a high level of reliability;
• A proactive self-starter who is equally happy working under direction and as a
member of a team;
• High level of time management, self-management and organisational skills;
• Microsoft Office literate (Word, ideally also basic Excel skills);
• Experience with CAT Tools such as SDL Trados beneficial.

Key tasks include

• Product and website translations from English to Spanish;
• Assisting the international marketing, design and product team with website banner
updates;
• Managing weekly updates of the international websites (product pages, web banners,
homepages);
• Translation of email campaigns and newsletters for the Spanish market;
• Posting on our Spanish social media channels (Instagram and Facebook); this includes
copywriting for social media posts;
• Copywriting for Spanish marketing campaigns; knowledge of SEO content writing
beneficial;
• Assisting the international marketing team with writing content for editorials and blog
posts.
