This role would suit couple happy to assist with the daily up keep of the accommodation.
We pride ourselves on ensuring our customers receive an excellent experience from the moment they arrive until the moment they leave, when staying overnight in our luxury Hotel Rooms.
We are one of the newest hotels in Skegness, offering quality and economy. The accommodation comprises 31 en-suite all double bedrooms beautifully finished for comfort. All rooms are offered as double or single occupancy.
The licensed function room provides an ideal location for Wedding Receptions and special occasion events.
Key responsibilities will include:
Being accountable for running all aspects of the hotel
Being passionate about good customer service and ensuring prompt, friendly and professional service for the bar and also our excellent hotel accommodation.
Dealing with phone and email enquiries / bookings.
Assisting alongside any staff with the setting up, cleaning, daily maintenance and close down of the restaurant, bar and function room.
Full time, shifts.
Experience of working in a busy hospitality establishment would be preferred, but not essential. As long as you possess excellent customer service skills, staff management experience with an enthusiastic can-do attitude and an eye for detail.
