The role:

• Optimise loading and unloading times to ensure all work is completed.

Project Manager – Appointed Person, Salary: £38-42k + car & Benefits, Based out of Livingston covering Scotland.

We require an experienced Project Manager - Appointed Person to work for a leading Modular Contractor within their hire division. The company supply a wide range of modular building solutions for hire and sale. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Project Manager, preferably from a construction background and with an appointed person qualification. Proven ability to manage and deliver high value projects on time and to specification.

The role: Manage projects from the planning stage through to customer hand over and then subsequent removal from site post use. This role provides overall customer support, project direction and coordination, execution, control and completion of site works.

The Project Manager - Appointed Person role:

• Provide point of contact with the customer, building effective and constructive relationships with key customer stakeholders.
• Plan all aspects of a project from receipt of order to client handover and then off hire notification to site clearance.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, aligning with contract goals and objectives, and advising on contractual proposals when needed, injecting your expertise to drive success.
• Manage all aspects of the project to meet all contract goals and objectives. Review and advise on any contractual proposals where necessary.
