You will…

• … work directly with our Community Builders and/or Capability Developer to support in the coordination, design and management of in-person and virtual learning events, projects and experiences.
• … also have the chance to participate in the upstream activities where all the creativity and ideation of sales and marketing happens!

The Responsibilities specifically

• Assist program and project leads in coordination, providing event and administrative support to implementation of community building and/or capability development programmes and projects
• Support in the data consolidation, analysis of Customer Feedback and continuous improvement post program/project
• Create and develop collateral, targeting different stakeholders to be used for various communication channels (esp social media accounts, prepare presentation materials).
• Supporting our non-profit initiative Resilience Trails and/or our Experiential Learning Programmes in administrative and planning support

REQUIREMENTS

Some traits and skills we’re looking for:

• Majoring or studying in areas of Event Management, Tourism, Community Development
• Interest in the social sector and social issues

Skills & Knowledge

• Previous knowledge and/or experience in project management and planning
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Familiar with Google Suite
• Good to have but not essential: Familiar with Slack, Notion

Traits

• Possesses strong time management and organizational skills
• Meticulousness - You have a keen eye for detail and are good at researching, planning and implementing programmes!

• … be our maestro storyteller, supporting our marketing and business development efforts to maintain SS's presence online and offline with compelling content and engaging visuals that engages our different stakeholders.

The Responsibilities specifically

• Involved in the design and development of online and offline collaterals, including but not limited to our website, client kits, marketing slide decks, course guidebooks, certificates, event publicity collaterals, presentation material, on our Journal page, social media platforms and e-newsletters
• Co-managing our social media platforms including the design and running of campaigns on Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram. You will also be tracking monthly insights from our social media platforms and sharing recommendations, if any.
• Supporting our business development team to strategize and execute marketing efforts to potential local and overseas client partners
• Support in community building and capability development events

REQUIREMENTS

• Majoring in Marketing, Communications
• Interest in the social sector and social issues

Skills & Knowledge

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Articulating complex ideas in a simple and compelling manner.
• Previous knowledge and/or experience email marketing (mailchimp), Canva and social media platforms (facebook, instagram, Linkedin)
• Optional but preferred: competent in a Second Language, written and verbal
• Good to have but not essential: Familiar with Slack, Notion
