Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources or related field

• Minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience, with comprehensive knowledge of full-spectrum HR functions

• Familiar with Singapore labour laws and immigration policies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across cultures and time zones.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling complex matters independently

• Bilingual

Responsibilities

· Implement, control and maintain of all project documents structure, format and records

· Track project documents lifecycle (recording revisions, revision purpose, distribution and transmittal histories)

· Ensure reliability, irretrievability and traceability of the project data

· Take ownership and be a champion / super user of the documentation control tools and system

· Provide high level administration of document management

· Implement project document control and maintenance workflow processes documentation

· Support project closeout activities such as dispositioning, archiving and transitioning documents to customer, e.g. MRB

· Provide status tracking and expediting efforts of all documents review in accordance with Contract requirements

· Participate in meetings and minute/record all points of discussion accurately and concise.

Qualification

· Min. with 3 years experiences as document controller

· High degree of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential information

· Proficient in using computer and standard MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc)

· Ability to communicate in English effectively

· Ability to set and achieve goals and work well under pressure

· Good team work and diligent

RESPONSIBILITIES

v Manage project schedule and ensure that goods are delivered on-time in accordance with demand and goods availability.

v Liaise with customer on project related activities.

v Provide engineering support to the manufacturing plant for wellhead and X’mas tree projects such as to resolve non-conformance.

v Coordinate among various departments in the plant and Singapore design office to ensure seamless project execution.

v Organize project kick-off meetings and regular project meetings.

v Travel to vendors or customers’ facilities for meeting and discussion.

v Participate in contract review with Singapore commercial team upon receiving customer order.

v Involve in engineering review with Singapore engineering team to provide input from manufacturing plant.

v Manage and monitor project cost.

v Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

v Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

v Minimum 3 – 5 years of working experience as System Integration Engineer in the Oil & Gas Industry

v Familiar with API 6A, Surface Wellhead and X’mas tree product.

v Possess good engineering knowledge. Subsea knowledge will be an added advantage.

v A team player with ability to work with all levels of staff.

v Can work under a fast pace environment with tight schedule.

v Ability to travel frequently (about 50%).

v Meticulous and particular about product quality.

v Independent, resourceful and responsible.

v Proactive with ability to identify issues and propose solutions.
