Candidates will be part of a training and development program for a busy bakery business.
Part one is an intense hands-on training in the key operational areas. For example espresso machine handling, POS management, talking to customers.
Part two is a refinement of the acquired skills to ensure standards are met. For example how to be sure that drinks are prepared to the standards of the company; how to prepare the closing reports.
Part three is an introduction to decision making and communication for leadership. For example inventory control and deligation of tasks to the team; forecasting amount of bread to request from the bakery.
Part four is further development in specific areas of particular skill or interest. For example focusing on new product development; focusing on analysis of sales reports.
