3-months of Immerse Internship Programme

Applications are now open for the Silverdale Internship Programme 2025 (Investor Relations), with rolling admissions. This unique opportunity will immerse you in the fast-paced environment of a renowned Singapore-based fixed income fund house. Over the course of three months, you will gain critical skills to think like a money manager and work on product management, business development, and investor relations. You will learn from seasoned professionals and actively participate in real-life investor-focused activities.

We manage funds across:

· Open-ended bond funds (investment grade, high yield, thematic)

· Fixed Maturity Funds (enhanced return fixed tenure, target return funds)

· Bespoke Funds customized for specific investor goals

We welcome applications from penultimate year students residing in Singapore pursuing bachelor’s or master’s degree. In addition to exceptional integrity, intellectual curiosity, and appetite for challenge, you’ll need to have or be on course to achieving min. GPA of 4.0/5.0 (or equivalent) in your studies. On successful completion of the internship program, you may be offered to join the Silverdale Graduate Programme.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of investment decks and investor reports, including pitch books
• Monitor, analyse, and report on the fund performance and elucidating it to investors
• Supporting firm’s media and digital strategy
• Assisting in managing investor education program and addressing investor inquiries
• Debrief on market updates and conduct competition analysis
• Generating leads for new business development
• Assist in preparing and delivering presentations to investors, including institutions, family offices, and distributors.

Skills/Qualifications

• Expected GPA of 4.0/5.0 or equivalent
• Penultimate year student
• Currently pursuing an MBA, a post-graduate degree in Wealth Management/Finance or in the final year of undergraduate studies, and residing in Singapore
• Strong understanding of financial markets with preference for those with investment experience
• Excellent networking, communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, adaptable to tight deadlines and real-world uncertainties
• Fluency in Mandarin will be an advantage
• Preference shall be given to Singaporeans and Permanent Residents

Programme Duration

• Min. 3-months internship
• Possibility of extension with minimum attendance 3 days per week; we would be flexible to accommodate your academic commitments.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate fixed income investment ideas
• Deep dive credit analysis of existing and potential portfolio investments covering all aspects of the security (spreads, covenants, structure, swaps, hedges, etc.), issuer (cash-flows, ratings etc.) and macro factors (country, enforcement risks etc.), and presenting detailed Investment Notes

2-Year Graduate Rotational Programme

This is a unique opportunity for you to get deep insights into the workings of a fund house through an intensive 2-years rotational programme covering three core functions:

(a) investment research and portfolio management,

• Regular (daily/weekly) updates on fixed income markets and strategy, economic trends, issuerspecific credit analysis, and portfolio positioning
• Deep dive credit analysis of existing and potential portfolio investments covering all aspects of the
