A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a creative and enthusiastic individual to join our growing Marketing team on a permanent, full time basis. As Photographer, you will have a keen interest in photography, from initial concept planning to shooting finalised ideas. Good communication and organisational skills will be the key to success in our fast-faced, friendly, and hardworking team. Ideally with a relevant qualification or experience and an in-depth knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.

The Job
Reporting to the Digital Marketing Co-ordinator, you will be shooting and editing lifestyle imagery for all our online platforms, some of which will be taken with external models. You will plan, shoot and edit all seasonal store promotions, colour correcting against physical prints to ensure products are true to life. Further to this, you will be involved in 360 product photography for our website and carry out a range of other ad-hoc photographic duties as detailed below.

Responsibilities:
• Ordering and preparing products for photoshoots
• Research and planning for photoshoots
• Sourcing and preparation of props
• Assisting with styling and dressing of products
• Editing imagery to remove backgrounds, change colours, manipulate layers and general retouching
• Resizing images into a range of different sizes for use across various Digital Marketing channels
• Optimisation and uploading of all product photos into CMS

This position is required to work Saturdays, however flexibility for the rest of the week is also required and the core rota is subject to change based on the needs of the business.

In return you will receive a competitive salary, pro-rated between £3,135.00 to £3,586.44 per annum (Full Time Equivalent £19,593.75 to £22,415.25) depending on your age. The Role:

A fantastic opportunity to join a fast moving, exciting retail business with a commitment to providing excellent training and career progression has arisen at our Head Office based in Leicester. The role is for a Stock Controller/Allocator, and we encourage applicants with great enthusiasm and a passion to succeed and progress to apply.

An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and highly numerate person, to join the Stock Control team of a leading footwear retailer. Previous Retail Allocation experience would be an advantage, but definitely not essential.

You will be working as part of a small team ensuring the right quantity and type of stock is in our stores at the right time. PC literate, paying great attention to detail and with the ability to work to weekly deadlines, you will enjoy calculating and interpreting numbers. Excel skills are an advantage. The Team Leader role:

As a Team Leader, your key role will be to ensure the daily and weekly operations of the distribution tasks are maintained in a cost effective and efficient manner. As a Team leader, you will have the opportunity to develop and be supported through a Team Leader Supervisor Apprenticeship.

Aside from the specific responsibilities listed, you may require to undertake other tasks which will allow the distribution centre to reach all the targets and to help deliver a high standard of efficiently and effectiveness.

Key duties and responsibilities of our Team Leader:

- Lead by example in terms of time and attendance along with a positive ‘can do’ approach
- Train and develop your people to ensure business goals are achieved and members continue to succeed in their workplace
- Overseeing the distribution operations whilst being an active hands-on member of the team
- Ensuring company policies, procedures and Health and Safety requirements are followed
- Mange the performance of the Warehouse Operatives within an area of responsibility within the Distribution Centre
- Report progress updates, key achievements and any concerns to the Shift Controller and/or Operations Manager
