A General Manager is a goal-oriented expert in the beauty Retail business and will be responsible for executing marketing and sales strategy to drive business results in meeting sales objectives. This in-field role is to provide brand management, coordinate with regional and local market partner teams; develop, drive, and build multi-country internal sales teams; impact event planning, and creating a fun and inspiring experience for in-store teams. Brand management will include competitive landscape assessment, marketing strategy, brand focuses, merchandising updates, and event planning.
He or She will develop strategies to drive sales objectives, meet goals, and communicate with retail stores and HQ Leadership at all levels of retail partnership within the established territory.
