Job Description
Logistics center operation and human resources management
- Directing and managing approximately 50 logistics center operating personnel
(Safety, attendance, performance evaluation, recruitment, etc.)
- Operation management such as arrival/delivery, inventory status, etc.
- Management of operational indices such as SLA and KPI (including NPS)
- Regular customer and e-commerce delivery management
- Securing/execution of RTF-based sales forecast and operational excellence with CAPA
- Work productivity and data management
- Inventory accuracy management (physical Vs computerized)
- Establish and carry out pre-planning for regular events
(Sales promotions, regular inventory surveys, audits, etc.)
Business management and customer response
- Respond to customer requests
- Logistics Process Improvement / Logistics Cost Settlement and Reporting
- Report writing and innovation planning work
- Create MBR/QBR and conduct regular consultations
- Monitoring of competitive bidding implementation results and selection basis registration
- Discovery, selection and evaluation of optimal executors
- Negotiation of contract and logistics unit price
- Derive and implement profit improvement tasks
- Analysis of logistics market trends and establishment of mid- to long-term tasks
Job Requirement
- More than 3 years of experience in organizational management and similar positions
- Experienced in electronic logistics operations
- Advanced document writing in English (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Overseas work experience is added advantage
- Proficiency in Chinese is preferred (Business Level)
- Experience in using WMS/TMS is preferred
- Global logistics company experience preferred
- SCM practical experience
- Has logistics business development experience
