What you’ll be doing…
We're currently recruiting for a Named Account Executive who will be responsible for driving sales revenue among and maintaining relationships with specified customers within our public sector segment in Singapore.

The Account Executive will represent Salesforce, demonstrating customer focus while leading all aspects of the sales process and customer relationship from Account Planning, Lead Qualification, and Management through Negotiation and Closing and will play an integral role in the success of the overall sales team. This role is a quota-carrying sales position.

Responsibilities:

• Develop key customer stakeholder relationships and drive customer satisfaction at assigned accounts
• Develop and drive the overall long-term strategy for the account, aligned with customer business objectives
• Lead the end-to-end sales process through the engagement of appropriate resources such as Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Executives, Partners, etc.
• Territory identification and research, to formalize a go-to-market territory strategy and create a qualified target account list within 30 days.
• Share Salesforce value proposition for existing and/or new customers
• Drive growth within an existing assigned account

Required Qualifications:

• Account Planning and Strategies: Establishes plans to achieve sales objectives by effectively identifying and qualifying opportunities in within the public sector space in Singapore
• Research and Discovery: Uncovers a prospect’s current processes, business challenges, and strategic goals based on customer use cases and value hypotheses.
• Solutioning: Identifies compelling value propositions that address customer needs by demonstrating an understanding of technology solutions.
• Customer Communication: Interacting with customers in a clear, concise, and timely manner using a variety of communication methods (writing, speech, presentation) and tools (whiteboarding, Google Slides, Zoom).
• Resource Application: Continuously runs toward results using the full capabilities of available resources and tools.
• Team Selling: Aligns with the full capacities of the account team and partners to support the deal and customer success.

• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.

Position: Named Account Executive, Philippines

Our Account Executives engage with existing customers and new leads to sell the entire Salesforce Customer 360 platform. They build positive, trusted relationships with both key team members and c-suite decision makers within their patch, and become natural at helping customers realize value from their Salesforce investments. You will use your skills to develop opportunities, through both warm leads and whitespace prospecting.

The Named Account Executive creates, identifies and closes sales for the Salesforce Marketing Cloud within a specific geographical region. As the individual who represents the Salesforce Marketing Cloud and drives the revenue, this person must be a self-starting closer who can create a large pipeline of business within a short period of time. • Strong preference for Digital Marketing in enterprise sales experience.

• An understanding of the Salesforce Advantage across Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud to relate Data Cloud requirements in the context of Customer needs.

Skills and Technology Experience Requirements

• Expert level understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including Sales, Service, Marketing, and Commerce Clouds.
• Hands-on proficiency in Data management, Analytics/Visualizations, and AI domains (Generative and conventional AI/ML) is advantageous
• Strong background in design/development of large web/mobile systems/applications, or complete software product lifecycle exposure.
• Experience in integration technologies will be an added advantage.
• Understanding of systems architecture and ability to design scalable high-performance solutions.
• Understanding of key systems design patterns, large data volume limitations, best practices, and application of privacy/security/trust by design concepts.
• Expert level experience defining the system architecture landscape, identifying gaps between current and desired end-states, and delivering a comprehensive solution that will enable achieving desired business outcomes.
