Job Description:    

. Define technical specifications and analyze project functionality based on customer needs.

·       Prepare electrical schematics, including single-line diagrams (SLD), detailed electrical schematics (e.g. equipment layout, cable sections, earthing design, logic and logic diagrams and interfaces with other panels).

·       Create detailed technical documentation, including BOMs (Bill of Materials), and maintain product data in the ERP system.

·       Conduct design reviews with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with customer requirements and safety regulations.

·       Collaborate with project teams in an international environment (teams based in Bangalore, Prague, and Geneva) to meet deadlines and deliverables.

·       Work with manufacturing teams to ensure a smooth transition from design to production.

·       Provide technical support to customers regarding product design and functionality.

Participate in the development of new prototypes and manage design changes and updates throughout the product development cycle

Mandatory skills:

·       M.Tech in Power Systems or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering

·       3 -5 years of experience in power systems and/or general electrical engineering (experience in the railway field or electrical distribution is a plus)

·       Proficiency in electrical CAD software and creating electrical schematics (experience with Shem ELECT is a plus)

·       Knowledge of electrical distribution equipment and industry standards (e.g., IEC, IEEE, UL)

·       Experience with ERP systems (Oracle experience is a plus)

·       Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English

·       Ability to work independently and as part of a team

The Senior software developer is responsible to further develop and maintain Secheron Intelligent Operation and Maintenance System (IOMS) application cloud-based software for multiple customers including CMMS modules and intelligent algorithm for maintenance purpose. Work in an agile development context in strong collaboration with its software team based in Geneva, Switzerland.

Your main task will be as below:

·       Proficiency in web and mobile frontend development using  Angular, JavaScript, HTML 5, and CSS.

·       Develops new product features from requirement phase to feature release, including generic as well as customer specific features.

·       Experience with Angular framework,TypeScript, and component-based architecture.

·       Knowledge of state management libraries such as RxJS and NgRx.

·       Familiarity with RESTful APIs, asynchronous request handling, and version control systems

·       Designs and implements software features in the area of web-based applications

·       Documents his/her work according to Secheron development process

·       Collaborate with backend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability Understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.

·       Communicates in a proactive, transparent, open, and constructive way

·       Is providing support to his peers and shares knowledge and expertise

·       Is able to work in teams towards common goals

·       Is customer oriented by anticipating expectations and balancing them with Secheron interest

Requirements:

·        Proven track record in successfully developing Java (1.8 or above versions) applications.

·       Experience on Angular framework prefered 11+.

·       Experience in writing Junit Test cases using karma and jasmine. Nice to have TDD either knowledge or experience.

·       Experience on microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.

·       Experience in ‘analytics’ and ‘anomaly detection’ is an advantage. Cassandra databases is an advantage

·       Fluent English is a must.

·        Previous exposure to an agile software development culture (Scrum).

·       R&D mindset.

·       Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.

• Degree in BE, B.Tech, in computer science or ME, M.Tech equivalent or equivalent.

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Service Project Manager to follow up services and after-sales activities for projects in the South East Region.

Linked hierarchically to the Director of Sécheron Singapore, you will also be directly linked to the project management team and quality department for QA/QC purposes.

Main activities:

• Support customers for requests in relation with maintenance activities.
• Support for preparation of quotation for site intervention / training / spare parts.
• Coordination between the quality department located in Europe, clients, suppliers, site engineers and PM to lead technical investigations, determine root causes and put on place an action plan.
• Preparation of detailed presentations to the customers.
• Scheduling of interventions. Gather, with the help of the project team, the necessary information to carry out the mission.
• Check reports after each intervention mentioning purpose of the intervention, analysis and job done on site, and prepare action plan if needed.

• Cost control per resolution.
• Deliver projects within time frame, cost and quality.
• KPI linked to development of services activities.
• Measure of customers’ satisfaction.
• Feedback and return of experience to the design team and quality team.
• Respect of the department’s work procedures and archiving.

What we are looking for:

• 5 years of relevant experience from a similar Project manager or customer support position.
• Electrical and electronic engineering background.
• Candidate should have proven experience in railway field.

• Capability to speak in English is mandatory.
• Flexibility of planning and ability to travel at any given time in the South East Asia.

• Proven track record in successfully developing Java applications. Spring boot or Quarkus or Vertx or Jaxrs. Unit test.

• Or proven track record in Front End development projects. Angular 11+
• Experience in the area of ‘big-data’, ‘cloud technologies’ and ‘micro services’ is an advantage
• Experience in the area of ‘analytics’ and ‘anomaly detection’ is an advantage
• Sound knowledge in technologies such as Java, JavaScript, database systems, web protocols, CSS, HTML
• Experience in the area of ‘NoSQL’, ‘Document’ and specially MongoDB or Cassandra databases is an advantage
• Experience with RabbitMQ and Apache Kafka messaging systems is an advantage
• Experience in developing applications in continues delivery style (Git, Jenkins, Maven etc.)
• Fluent English is a must
