The Role

We are looking for a new sales coordinator with a good all-round knowledge of working in a busy sales environment and with a specific focus on customer satisfaction.

You will have a strong attention to detail and be able to follow processes and procedures.

Strong communication skills are needed to be able to communicate effectively with all internal and external departments.

We are looking for an outgoing, confident pro-active and enthusiastic Sales Coordinator preferably with construction market experience to join our clients team in Barnsley.

Main duties and responsibilities:
• Working closely with external sales driving the business forward
• Liaising with the Sales Manager to co-ordinate appointments & maximise sales opportunities Quote follow ups
• Production of professional quotations and specification documents
• To develop new business opportunities with potential customer accounts
• maintain business relationships with existing customers
• To update and maintain the internal CRM system accurately and timely in line with department processes.
• To carry out targeted prospecting campaigns in order to secure new client business. To ensure that detailed and accurate contact details are maintained on all customer records.
• To support other teams as and when required.
• To work within the company quality standards and procedures.
• Creation of project folders when enquiries are converted to orders

Experience / Qualifications
• Experience in a telesales or customer service environment
• Excellent customer facing skills.
• Manage working to deadlines and targets whilst delivering high quality and accurate output.
• Good team development and leadership skills
• Strong organisation and communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as working in groups.
• Familiar and comfortable using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)

Position Overview
We are looking for a reliable and safety-conscious Gas Cylinder Filling Operative to join their team in Newport. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient filling of gas cylinders, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities
• Fill gas cylinders with the appropriate gases, adhering to all safety standards and operational procedures.
• Inspect and maintain filling equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.
• Label and document filled cylinders accurately, maintaining detailed records of all activities.
• Conduct routine safety checks and report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Assist with the loading and unloading of cylinders as needed.
• Follow all health and safety regulations, always wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

Requirements
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to lift and move heavy cylinders, standing for extended periods.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of safety protocols and procedures related to gas handling.
