Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to gather and analyse requirements, ensuring solutions align with their business goals.
Design and implement API integrations for seamless connectivity with external systems.
Customise Salesforce workflows, automations, and user interfaces to meet client-specific needs.
Serve as a technical advisor, providing guidance throughout the implementation process.
Deliver ongoing support to ensure successful deployment, adoption, and optimisation of the platform.
