JOB DUTIES:
- Serve as primary point of contact for end-to-end customer service, addressing and resolving customer inquiries and issues promptly.
- Provide consultation to customers on bank products/services and facilitate banking transactions, including account opening, closure, and fund remittance.
- Coordinate with operational teams to complete customer requests and ensure smooth processing.
- Assist in fixing fixed deposit interest rates and support transaction processing, tracking, and documentation.
- Aid in checking credit limits availability and preparing loan instructions (drawdown, rollover, repayment).
- Handle e-banking service applications, amendments, and follow-ups, assisting customers with related matters.
- Maintain customer service details and follow-up matters in the customer service system (I-Call).
- Update and maintain team policies, procedures, and working manuals as necessary.
- Prepare daily reconciliation reports and other ad-hoc reports as required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have relevant operations experience in the banking industry.
- Proficient understanding of corporate banking products, operations, systems, and procedures.
- Familiarity with regulatory and internal management reporting criteria.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
