Coordinate with 3PL providers to oversee order timelines and logistics requirements.
Ensure accurate entry of new customer details into the database for seamless onboarding.
Provide outstanding support and product expertise to existing customers, encouraging repeat business.

Background in Sales Support, Customer Service, Logistics, or Operations.
