Develop and implement marketing strategies,identify and evaluate business opportunitiesand foster strong customer relationships Researching and developing marketingopportunities and plans, understandingconsumer requirements, identifying markettrends, and suggesting system improvements toachieve the company's marketing goals.
Analysing budgets, preparing annual budgetplans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuringthat the sales team meets their quotas and goals Study market research and trends to determineconsumer demand, potential sales volumes andeffect of competitors' operations on sales Gathering, investigating, and summarizingmarket data and trends to draft reports.
Implementing new sales plans and advertising,identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned by the Company
JOB REQUIREMENTS:Minimum Bachelor Degreein Business or related discipline
Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B/B2Csales, Indian/Bangladesh wholesale brandconsumer products with a preference for the industry
Preferably with experience in wholesale/retailpackaging (household & groceries) and goodknowledge in Indian/Bangladesh Wholesalehousehold and groceries products distributionsthrough various channels
Preferably bilingual to liaise withIndian/Bangladesh speaking suppliers andvendors in view of working/businessenvironment communication.
Willing to do rotating shift work and flexibility towork late evenings
Able to work longer hours with prolongedperiod of standing
Must be willing to work on weekends/PH.(Strictly off on week days)
Field work required. Need to do delivery if driveris off / medical leave or urgency of goods whenrequired
Must have knowledge to control storage roomtemperatures for frozen products, vegetables etc
