Job Description

• Prepare and maintain full set of accounts – AR, AP, GL and bank reconciliation.
• Perform sales reconciliation.
• Follow up with vendors for SOA for completeness of purchases.
• Prepare payment schedules and process payment in bank portal.
• Review petty cash claims and vendor invoices, follow up with the relevant party for supporting documents/ approvals.
• Perform month-end closing activities.
• Prepare monthly management reports, cash flow forecasts and other reports required by Group.
• Responsible for quarterly GST returns.
• Liaise with external auditors, corporate secretary and tax agents for all statutory requirements.
• Liaise with Operations and Vendors.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirement

• Diploma/ Degree in accounting or relevant professional accounting qualifications.
• Minimum 2 or 3 years of working experience in Finance/ Accounting role.
• Experience in F&B industry and Oracle Netsuite will be added advantage.
• Organised, meticulous and attentive to details.
• Possess initiative and able to meet deadlines.
• Good team player as well as able to work independently.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin.
• Responsible for new brand companies

Job Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, manage and execute plans to build and elevate the brands and drive the company’s business objectives
• Assist the Marketing Manager and internal departments to implement, and manage marketing plans from conceptualization to execution including brand positioning, market intelligence, pricing, promotion and advertising opportunities, product value propositions, content creation, and launch execution of new products
• Work with Media, Digital and Public Relations agencies, external media partners, and suppliers to drive smooth integration and execution of plans to meet campaigns’ objectives and deliverables

Job Requitements:

• Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management / Business Administration
• At least 2 years of related work experience Knowledge of BIPO HR Solution will be an advantage
• At least 3 years of payroll processing experience
• Has strong passion in interacting with people and willing to go the extra mile.
• Ability to handle pressure and multiple tasks.
• Good administrative and Computer literacy.
