Our Client, a leading professional services and investment management firm specializing in real estate. The facilities coordinator will be responsible for managing various aspects of the site, including contracts, day-to-day operations, and client support. They will have a strong understanding of service structure and will handle requests for assistance, as well as manage operating expenditures.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of facility maintenance, including HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and general repairs.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost effective facility repairs and maintenance.
- Develop and implement facility safety and security protocols, including emergency response procedures and regular safety inspections.
- Maintain accurate records of facility maintenance activities, including work orders, service contracts, and equipment inventory.
- Assist in the planning and execution of office relocations, renovations, and space utilization projects.
- Act as the primary point of contact for facility-related issues and requests from employees.
- Monitor facility budgets and expenses and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company events, meetings, and special projects that require facility-related support.
Requirements:
- Experience in Facilities-related matters with detailed-minded.
- Strong PC literacy and proven ability to manage daily activities using various systems.
- Strong Customer Service focus and proactive
- Excellent people skills and ability to interact with a wide range of client staff and demands.
- Knowledge of Occupational Safety requirements
