Responsibilities:
Assist in preparation and processing of monthly payroll.
- Create Payroll database.
- Pre-Payroll activities including input and update employee details.
- Provide support and be involved with monthly payroll.
- Compiling & checking of daily attendance for the payroll process.
- Work closely with support team for payroll related issues etc.
- Ensure changes are entered correctly and updated on a timely basis.
- Processing of Government Paid Maternity Leave/ Paternity Leave/ Shared Parental Leave/ Childcare Leave claims
- Provide administrative duties as and when required.
Requirements:
· Diploma in any major discipline
· Payroll experience with at least 2 years of relevant experience in Singapore payroll
· Knowledgeable in Singapore payroll mechanism in terms of compliance and legislation.
· Knowledge in payroll software is an advantage
· Effective engagement with Payroll team members to smoothen out work level processes.
· Understand workflow and process for work efficiency.
· Discipline in time management and instruction listening.
