Leads the department heads to simplify the work process, reducing costs and increase process efficiency.
Establishes the key performance indicators (KPI) for the department heads, formulate new work processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Monitors and ensures the corporate quality assurance is maintained, with good synergy across departments and troubleshooting QA issues. He is required to attend internal food safety audit training and subsequently serves on the organization’s food safety internal audit committee.
In this food production environment, working on shifts may be required, and to be prepared for physically demanding working conditions (i.e. long-standing hours, hot or cold temperatures).
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage process workflow
- Establish the correct prediction and preventive maintenance
- Set key performance indicators (KPIs) for machines / production lines maintenance
- Ensure HODs implement predictive and preventive maintenance on production machine, to minimize machine disruption, affecting productivity and incurring higher cost.
- Establish full process (from material receiving to F/G warehouse) strategies for sustainability and lean management, 5S, 8 waste, maintain good operating costs for the company
- Identify and implement yield opportunities and set preliminary yield targets
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions and preparing reports
2. Operationalize new and customized product manufacturing
- Draft capacity plans to evaluate sustainability of new and/or modified manufacturing processes
- Implement test program to resolve hardware and major set-up issues during mass production
- Implement new and/or modified production processes for regulatory approval, commissioning and operation

Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working and management experience.
- Familiarity with food industry and manufacturing preferred
- Strong leadership and knowledgeable to coordinate the factory operations
- Able to work under pressure, to carry out the corporate direction
- Possess high level of initiative, meticulous and multi-tasking
