• Possess general knowledge of electrical and mechanical (M&E) installations in Commercial Buildings,
• Liaise with clients and attend all meetings with building owner & tenants,
• Provide technical advice and resolutions on general issues of M&E installation in Buildings,
• Provide technical support and assistance on all maintenance functions for Electrical equipment,

1) Responsible for tender buildup and prepare tender cost into costing format provided by :

i. Preparation of contracts, including details regarding quantities of required materials

ii. Price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project

iii. Ensure proper documentation of vendor/supplier list for timely retrieval at all times.

2) Checking, evaluation and negotiating with suppliers for timely submission of quotation.

• Liasie with project teams to prepare a progress claims to Clients and from Sub-Contractors
• Assist Project Department for all site administrative works including filing, typing, material requsition, keep tracking of orders and necessary site reports etc

Tender Support

• Attend Tender site visit and study feasibility
• Vett through tender documents & prepare BQ
• Prepare query and send to client/consultant
• Email to vendor and get quotation
• Prepare tender cost and quotation
• Tender prequalification submission
• Upon award, plan and coordinate Project kick-off

Engineering /LEW Support

· Receive enquiry from tenant for power turn on

· Vett thru single line drawing & reply them with quotation

· Coordinate between landlord, Power automation & tenant for power turn on

· Inform LEW for power turn on

For License Renewal

· Receive enquiry from tenant

· Prepare quotation & email to them

· Assign LEW for inspection & Issue license

Job Duties

• Manager BIM Team and BIM Implementation Plan
• Produce timely delivery of Electrical drawings using BIM software
• Involve in BIM project setup and administration
• Attend meeting with relevant parties for BIM standards coordination and requirements

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Nitec in Electrical Engineering and / or BIM Certificates
• Proficient in AUTOCAD, REVIT MEP & BIM Process
• Able to work in a fast pace environment and handle tight deadlines

• Liasie with project teams to prepare a progress claims to Clients and from Sub-Contractors
• Assist Project Department for all site administrative works including filing, typing, material requsition, keep tracking of orders and necessary site reports etc

• Oversee the site safety matters and ensure safety acts
• Review the development of OHS policies and programs
• Conduct risk assessment and enforce preventative measures
• Review existing policies and measures and update according to legislation
• Initiate and organize OHS training of staffs and workers/subcon
• Inspect premises and the work of personnel to identify issues or non-conformity (e.g. not using protective equipment)
• Oversee installations, maintenance, disposal of substances etc.
• Stop any unsafe acts or processes that seem dangerous or unhealthy
• Attend all safety meetings as and when required
• Record and investigate incidents to determine causes and handle worker’s compensation claims
• Prepare reports on occurrences and provide statistical information to upper management

• Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion
• Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
• Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
• Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory
• Meet contractual conditions of performance

• Work closely with project teams to resolve and brainstorm design issues
• Prepare optimised design solutions for projects
• Liaise with BIM Modellers on Design drawings
• Prepare and check design load calculations
• Attend meetings as and when required to resolve design issues

Requirement

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 3 yrs M&E experience in construction industry, LTA projects, mixed development etc
• Possess effective organizational and follow-up skills, meticulous

Job Duties:

• Project scheduling, cost management, lead & coordinate with supervisors, foreman, workers & sub-contractors
• Liase with client, architect, consultant & main-contractor for site issues & site meetings
• Monitoring & follow up on construction progress & make recommendation for effective project management
• Actively involve in company quality management system
