About the role

We are looking for two Senior Project Managers to join our Development team. As one of our Senior Project Managers you will be key to achieving PCH’s growth by delivering more high-quality new homes in and around Plymouth.

You will have demonstrable experience in delivering complex new build affordable housing projects. You will also have the opportunity to find new projects and see them successfully delivered. You will need to be resilient and determined in overcoming a range of challenges to deliver these homes to the quality PCH expects.

Our ideal candidate for this role is someone who:

Is an experienced project leader, delivering schemes on time, to high quality and within budget to meet the needs of the service and provide excellent homes to our local community.
Has a degree or equivalent level of direct relevant experience.
Has experience of assessing land values, planning conditions and site constraints for a range of housing tenures including affordable and commercial.
Holds a full driving licence.

About the role

We are looking for a Design and Technical Surveyor to join our growing Asset Strategy and Delivery team. You work closely with the Design Manager providing specialist professional advice for the strategic management of PCH built assets.

Our ideal candidate for this role is someone who:

Has experience of working in, or considering a move into, a Pre-Construction role
Has experience working in construction, property or consultancy with demonstrable experience in construction/building site management.
Has experience preparing detailed/initial building survey reports, including recommendations and producing an outline scope of works for refurbishment/improvement projects.
Has experience of evaluating technical delivery reports/documentation.

We are looking for a customer focussed Compliance Investment Manager to join our growing Asset Strategy and Delivery team. You will play a key role in leading PCH’s investment approach to ensure our residents homes remain safe, warm, affordable and sustainable.

Has experience of mechanical and electrical and compliance procurement and contract management.
Has extensive knowledge of Electricity at Work Regulations and BS7671 or equivalent gas qualifications
Has experience of contract preparation, documentation and supervision in compliance with the Procurement Act.

About the role

Do you have experience in electrical installations and repairs? If so, we have the perfect job for you.

We are looking for someone who is competent to complete a range of electrical tasks within our housing stock, who can work on their own initiative and will be great with our tenants. You will also need a good working knowledge of electrical and general Health and Safety Regulations, to keep you and our tenants safe and comply with legal requirements.

Can install, test, inspect and correct faults in new and existing installations.
