Job Description

• Manage enquiries for large groups, social events, weddings, and related functions.
• Coordinate pre-event discussions and site inspections to execute and deliver actual event arrangements.
• Plan and manage all event details, including menu selection, decor, seating arrangements, and audio-visual requirements.

Job Description

• To ensure all dishes, utensils, glass ware and kitchen equipment are clean and sanitized. Ensure all such items are placed in storeage area.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen and stewarding area by washing, sweeping and mopping daily.
• Dispose the garbage at bin centre.
• Report missing and/or damaged item to the superior
