Responsibilities:
* Perform due diligence checks for all new clients and annual review for our existing clients, including audit, corporate secretarial, tax and other professional services.
* Responsible for administrative works within audit departments including:-
a) Manage and responsible for administrative, i.e., file's creation, access right and file achival;
b) Maintain and manage staff's timesheet and training hours;
c) Carry out administrative duties like preparing letter/ email, mailing, printing, scanning, copying and filling of documents.
* Manage office administration including reception, office supplies, telecommunication services and office assets.
* Assist in billing for audit, accounting and tax departments.
* Assist in coordinate orientation and onboarding programs for new employees and Pass application.
* Compiling, maintaining and updating company records.
* Undertake ad-hoc duties assigned by the management from time to time.
Requirements:
* A relevant bachelor's degree in business, education, management, office administration, or communication.
* Independent and able to work with minimal supervision.
* Required skills(s): Computer literate (particularly MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint), administration, operational, detail-oriented.
* A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
