As a Supervisory Inventory Management Specialist, you will:
- Serve as the main agency contact point for the implementation of the Federal Management Regulations for personal property.
- Manage and oversee Departmental personal property inventory programs.
- Plan and conduct management studies and analyses of Departmental property inventory operations, process, and programs.
- Direct all activities involving the administration of bank card purchase, Blanket Purchase Agreements and contracts for various personal property functions, including office equipment maintenance and repair, conventional furniture and case goods purchase, furniture repairs and reconfiguration, and carpet purchase and installation.
- Develop Departmental budget estimates for furniture and equipment needs based upon historical data, knowledge of property requirements and equipment capabilities.
