Responsibilities :

Job responsibilities:

 Sweep, mop and vacuum with the correct tools, equipment and chemicals.

 Wiping and cleaning of table, desk and counter.

 Surface disinfecting of table surfaces, phones, keyboards, door handles, wall switches and other common high touch surfaces.

 Dusting of shelvings and cabinets exterior.

 Spot cleaning of glass and window panels (not more than 2 Metres high).

 Trash clearing, replacing bin liners and trash bags.

 Housekeeping of tools, equipment and storage items.

 Pantry cleaning and housekeeping.

 Replenishing hygiene consumables e.g., toilet paper, paper towel and hand soap

 Toilet washing (if applicable).

 Periodic cleaning of glass and high dusting (if applicable).

 Trash clearing, replacing bin liners, trash bags and bio-hazard waste bag.

 Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

 Good cleaning standard and service oriented

 Physically fit

 Prior experience in cleaning will be an advantage

• Team Supervision: Supervise and manage a dedicated team of cleaning staff, ensuring high standards of cleanliness.
• Scheduling & Task Assignment: Create efficient work schedules, assign cleaning tasks, and provide training to staff.
• Inventory Management: Manage and maintain the inventory of cleaning supplies to ensure availability and proper use.

Job scope:
• Prepare and serve drinks or beverages to guest and visitors
• Ensure that pantry refreshments and hot water are topped up
• Wash cups and utensils
• Maintain cleanliness of microwave, coffee machine and refrigerator
• General office cleaning of toilets, sales office, and other places
• Perform stock checks of pantry items

• Report Attendance of Staff at Worksites
• Checking and Supervising Work Done by the Team
• Moving Between Various Project Sites to Attend to Issues Raised
• Ensuring All Resources Required by your Team are Provided.
• Working Closely with the Supervisors and Management of the Project Sites to conduct inspections
• Attending to all Operations Meetings at sites and at HQ
• Reporting to Senior Operations Executive & Operations Manager

Floater:

Requirements:

- Cleaning experiences

- Know how to operate and use machines.

- Driving license (car or motorbike) will be preferred

- Supervisor certificate is preferred

Working hours: Monday - Friday 0800am - 400pm, Saturday 0800am - 1200pm

Salary up to $3000

· Responsible for all cleaning in and around company premises.

· Cleans floors and rooms, including dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting and cleaning glass and windows.

· Cleans/Wash restrooms, including re-stocking dispensers, emptying trash, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, cleaning doors and walls, sweeping and mopping tile floors, and cleaning toilets and urinals.
