We are a Singapore based private education institution with 4 years Edutrust. Due to business expansion, we urgently need a Business Development Director. He/she is responsible for leading a company's business development efforts to increase revenue and profits. Their duties include:

• Developing strategies: Creating and implementing business development strategies and activities
• Identifying opportunities: Finding new business opportunities, markets, and trends
• Building relationships: Developing and maintaining relationships with customers, suppliers, distributors, and partners
• Leading negotiations: Negotiating favorable terms with partners and clients
• Driving growth: Leading sales, marketing, and customer service teams to drive growth
• Setting objectives: Helping to shape the company's long-term objectives
• Recommending new products and services: Identifying and recommending new products and services
• Writing proposals: Writing proposals and plans
• Tracking performance: Evaluating existing partnerships and sales efforts
• Communicating: Communicating business development strategies with internal stakeholders

Requirements:

• Should have a bachelor's degree
• They should also have excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, and a strong understanding of market trends
• Have strong ties in China to develop China and South East Asia market
• Proficient in Chinese is preferred
• Require flexible working hours
• Require to travel between Singapore and China
• Strong education network in China
• To recruit minimum KPI of 200 students per year
