Recruitment Consultant will be responsible to:
• Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing them with suitable matches.
• Advertising vacancies on job boards, social media, and other platforms, and sourcing candidates through various methods such as referrals, networking, and headhunting.
• Screening and interviewing candidates, checking their qualifications, references, and compliance documents, and presenting them to clients.
• Negotiating contracts, salaries, and benefits with both clients and candidates, and ensuring that all parties are satisfied with the terms and conditions.
• Providing support and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process, from preparing CVs and cover letters to arranging interviews and giving feedback.
• Managing the database of clients and candidates, updating their records, and maintaining regular contact with them.
• Keeping up to date with the latest trends and developments in the pharmacy sector, such as new regulations, technologies, and best practices.
