PRIMARY PURPOSE: 

It is the primary responsibility of the Event Attendant to perform event décor installation and tear down tasks and ensure that events are completed efficiently, safely and meet company standards.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:

• Perform event-related installation tasks including pulling inventory, loading/unloading, delivery and on-site set-up
• Perform event-related tear down tasks including on-site disassembly of props, florals, linen and decor, loading/unloading, return and restocking
• Execute installation and strike of smaller scale events with the guidance of Event Setup Specialist or Supervisor
• Operate company trucks, vans and lifts, notify management of gas and maintenance needs
• Adhere to safety, security and property dock/loading procedures and policies
• Ensure that venues/MREP studio is clean and orderly, tools are maintained and equipment is properly stored after use.
• Report loss, theft, or damage. 
• Properly pack, unpack and check goods against orders and handle inventory to protect against damage
• Accurately read and complete all required paperwork
• Create a SHOW Service work environment promoting creativity, collaboration, teamwork, recognition, mutual respect.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent. 
• Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
• At least 1 year experience in special event install and strike.

CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:  

• Have or be able to obtain a valid Nevada driver's license

The Director of Online Gaming Products will facilitate the development and delivery of MGM Resorts International's online gaming content. This position will work with gaming vendors to contract services, build out the product, oversee the deployment of multiple products, and execute the overall strategy for the content as a key member of the MGMRI Interactive division.

• Manages relationships with vendors, including sourcing potential partners and ensuring deliverables meet MGMRI standards.
• Primary leader of MGMRI online gaming content operations; continuously reviews operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness KPIs are met.
• Acts as Project Manager for all online gaming development.
• Manages the financial performance of MGMRI online gaming content through data collection, reporting and analysis.
• Responsible for optimizing online gaming content products.
• Manages cross-functional relationships, including brand marketing, property operations, and shared services.

THE JOB:

The Social Media Manager, Brand & Community is responsible for expanding the MGM Resorts brand story across all social media platforms and owned channels, while leading the social presence and reputation of individual MGM Resorts’ brands and key business verticals. This position will manage and execute the respective social strategy efforts and brand reputation management processes by working directly with their counterparts in a wide variety of internal groups.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Manage the social media presence and reputation of one or more the MGM Resorts brands on various social media and reputation review platforms in compliance with business goals and guest service objectives.
• Lead social media strategies that will support MGM Resorts brands by maintaining an engaging, inspiring, and world class online reputation which reflects the unique brand voice, tone, personality and market position of each individual brand or business vertical.
• Develop data led creative campaigns which are aligned to brand KPIs, media objectives and are aligned to brand guidelines and across key strategic business verticals.
• Track and report to key stakeholders the overall performance of various campaigns and reputation standards across all social media platforms.
• Partner with marketing stakeholders to ensure social is accurately represented in key business initiatives, events and activations.

• Previous experience managing and working in a social command center with one of the popular SaaS systems (Percolate, Sprinklr, Spreadfast, Salesforce, etc.).
