Responsibilities

• Primarily responsible for day to day support of Ecommerce Platform Application,
• FX clients and Stock Brokers using FX.
• Perform monitoring using available tools and media
• Write Monitoring Tools in Unix, Python, SQL or Lambda, strictly adhering to the
• monitoring framework
• Assist Clients Success Team with onboarding activities.
• Trouble shoot incidents, providing enough in-dept details which would assist
• developers to quickly zoom into codes to identify any bugs

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Associate Director/Senior Manager to join our Sales Team. This dynamic role involves selling our multi-currency quotation and trading solution, Trading the Right Chart (TRC) solution, to brokerages, asset managers and stock exchanges.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell the TRC solution to regional buy/sell-side customers such as brokers, asset managers, family offices and independent advisors globally.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process from lead generation, prospecting, negotiation and contracting, ensuring that TRC annual revenue targets are met.

About the Role

As an HR Intern, you'll dive into the dynamic world of Human Resources, supporting various functions essential to organizational success. Your responsibilities will span across Talent Acquisition operations, Training & Development programs, and HR project execution. You'll also help prepare internal reports and assist with various HR tasks as needed. Your role will be instrumental in contributing to the overall success of our HR initiatives. You will be reporting to the HR Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Talent Acquisition operations e.g., recruitment, onboarding and documents management
• Support Training & Development (T&D) programs execution
• Assist in planning and execution of HR projects, meetings and employee engagement activities
• Assist in HR operations i.e., take ownership of claims related matter
• Prepare internal HR-related reports, proposals and presentations

Job Requirements:

About the Role

As Admin Executive, you will play a role in ensuring efficient operations within our Client Experience team. This temporary position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our client management process. You will be reporting to the Client Experience Manager.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager (6 months contract maternity cover) to manage HR operations within our organisation. This role will be reporting to the Head of Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle payroll processing of assigned subsidiaries and other payroll-related matters
• Ensure HR operational excellence by delivering high-quality HR administration and day-to-day HR services, including but not limited to onboarding, off-boarding, work pass applications and renewals.
• Responsible for the regular maintenance of confidential personnel records and HR reports
• Develop effective communication and relationships with stakeholders to achieve seamless operations
• Regularly evaluate HR workflows for optimization and increased productivity

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Assistant Accountant/ Accountant to join our team. This role reports to the Associate Director, Finance Management. The responsibilities for this position include:

• Processing Opex AP and monthly journals, while meticulously reviewing accounts
• Handling daily, monthly, and yearly operational tasks with precision and efficiency
• Reviewing invoices and managing payments weekly using DBS Ideal
• Generating Account Opening Fees and Bundle Deal invoices as necessary
• Compiling partnership invoices on a monthly basis
• Preparing Referral Partners’ commission statements quarterly and distributing them promptly
• Calculating and managing sales staff commissions quarterly, whilst coordinating with Human Resources team to resolve any discrepancies
• Preparing balance confirmation forms and facilitating communication with clients' auditors
• Conducting bank and client deposits reconciliation
• Undertaking additional ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned

Job Requirements

• Degree in Finance or Accounting, with minimum 3-5 years of full set accounts experience
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint and hands-on experience in accounting software
