Responsibilities

· To carry out works as assigned and ensuring that the works are carried out to schedule and in accordance to relevant regulations.

· Coordinate and supervise site workers, identify operating problems and perform trouble shooting and emergency repair.

· Perform routine maintenance work on TBM equipment.

· Responsible for the installation of TBM parts including repair and replace damaged/worn out parts.

· Testing of TBM equipment to ensure smooth running.

· Assist the daily activities at work site to meet project progress and the main contractor’s program and requirements.

· Preparation and submission of site daily progress reports.

· To attend the project meetings.

· To perform testing and commissioning at work site.

· Assisting the Project Manager in the management of the site on a daily basis.

· Any other ad hoc duties assigned.

Requirements

· Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Electromechanical or equivalent.

· Minimum 10 years of experience in the tunnelling industry.

· Relevant project experience in the field of tunnelling project.

· Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Description

• Order Processing: Assist with placing orders for materials, supplies, and equipment in line with company requirements and budget.
• Supplier Communication: Liaise with vendors and suppliers to track order status, resolve issues, and ensure timely deliveries.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, help with stock audits, and maintain accurate inventory records in the system.
• Data Entry & Record Keeping: Maintain and update purchasing databases and spreadsheets with accurate information about orders, pricing, and inventory levels.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and file purchase orders, delivery receipts, and other related documentation. Assist in preparing reports related to purchases and inventory levels.
• Price Comparison: Research and compare prices from different suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and value for money.
• Invoice Verification: Cross-check and validate vendor invoices against purchase orders and delivery receipts for accuracy.
• Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Purchasing Manager and other team members, including answering phones, scheduling meetings, and coordinating procurement activities.
• Compliance & Record Accuracy: Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.

Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in purchasing,office management, or basic account knowledge is preferred.
• Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Saturday, 9am - 9pm (maybe work overtime based on company needs).
• Standby/On-Call: Must be available for emergency calls or urgent procurement needs outside of regular hours.

Responsibilities

• Supervision and Leadership: Lead and supervise tunneling crews, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project timelines.
• Project Planning: Assist in the planning and scheduling of tunneling operations, coordinating with project managers and engineers.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce safety standards and regulations, conducting regular safety meetings and training for crew members.
• Quality Control: Monitor work to ensure quality standards are met, inspecting materials and completed work for compliance with specifications.
• Communication: Serve as the main point of contact between the site team and upper management, providing regular updates on project status.
• Problem-Solving: Address any issues that arise during tunneling operations, making quick decisions to mitigate delays or hazards.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and safety inspections, preparing reports as needed.
• Resource Management: Oversee the procurement and utilization of materials, tools, and equipment, ensuring that resources are used efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 year experience in the construction field.
• Proven experience as construction foreman
• Problem-solving abilities
• Able to perform day or night shifts in underground
• Able working 6 days per week, 12 shifts

Responsibilities / Job Description

• Inspect, troubleshoot and fix running equipment as necessary;
• Supervision during tunnelling and dismantling
• Responsible for on-site technical and engineering matters
• Control/monitoring work progress
• Ensure compliance to WSHA, safe work procedure and maintain good house-keeping
• Duties assigned by the M&E Superintendent
• Assist the Mechanical/ Electrical and Operations Staff to target minimal downtime of the TBM

Requirements

• Able to work shift work, 6 day work week
• Preferably 5 years or more experience in LTA Tunnelling project
• 10 years of relevant working experience in the construction field
• Possess relevant trade foreman certificate, NCC, BCSS etc

Job Description

• Professionally & conversant in the statutory requirements of Building Control Act.
• Co-ordinate and monitor projects
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Superior
• Co-ordination and technical / site meeting with all levels (Owners, Architects, Main Contractors, QS, Project Engineers etc.)
• Respond to all email correspondence and claim submission within timelines

Requirements

• Possess basic Diploma in Civil Engineering (with recognized institutions) &
• Construction Safety Course.
• Minimum 8 years in Project Management experience is desired.
• Good command in both written & spoken in English.

• Assist in managing clients' accounting deadlines;
