Title: Presentation Specialist

Location:  London, UK (Full-Time, On-Site)

The Role:

Roc Nation is seeking a Presentation Specialist to work on creative and brand marketing strategies for Roc Nation Sports International. The incumbent will be responsible for creative ideation, content strategy, decks and presentations and oversee of execution across multiple brands and clients. The position is based in our London headquarters and will play a critical role in the future growth and success of the most influential sports and entertainment agency in the world – Roc Nation. The successful candidate will be a hands-on, highly motivated individual who functions with confidence and expertise in a fast-paced and rapidly changing business environment. In this role you will have a unique opportunity to see behind the scenes of some of the world’s top athletes and brands, as we build out strategies and narratives all-year-long.

Responsibilities:

• Design and prepare engaging presentations with compelling content and visuals

• Help craft the Roc Nation story by supporting the creative + brand marketing team in creating dynamic and custom presentations, graphics, and assets; with a focus on brand consistency and elevation, and a strong, cohesive narrative

• Support the marketing team with ad hoc presentations and graphic needs as well as long term projects

• Collaborate with various brands, teams and subject matter experts under tight deadlines to quickly address their needs

• Move work through the system accordingly and interpret multiple directions and edits

Requirements:

• Must be comfortable managing multiple projects and expectations, and communicating directly with key stakeholders.

• Flexible and adaptable to pivot and multitask

• Ability to work nimble under tight deadlines, as well as longer term builds.

• Strong creative mind and collaborative skillset

• A go-getter that is eager to learn and take on new challenges

Qualifications and Experience :

(Portfolio/body of work required with application)

• Experience building decks/presentations to an expert level

• 2+ years mastering various presentation software to create compelling stories

• 2+ years mastering copywriting for assets and presentations

• Highly skilled in MS Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (Google Slides, PowerPoint, Keynote, InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop; After Effects a plus).

• Ability to deliver high quality brand presentations in a fast paced environment

• Able to ideate and create presentations that effectively communicate those ideas

• Experience with Business Development presentations and/or sales enablement presentations

• Excellent oral and written communicator and storyteller

• Works best in a high-growth, fast-paced environment

THE JOB

As the Regional Sales Strategy College Associate, you will assist the sales and strategy teams in the day to day workflow as well as own end to end projects that will help guide decision making and shape how we develop brand partnerships.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

• Compile competitive activity within the brand partnerships, live music, and entertainment landscape

• Gather and analyze historical data from various sources to help inform decision making

• Identify and implement best practices for trend sharing and market level data

• Collaborate with internal key stakeholders across Sales and Marketing to source and collect data for research projects and pitches

• Shadow real-time deal flows throughout the sales cycle

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

• Must be a current student enrolled in a Bachelor's/Master's program at an accredited college or university or recent graduate

• Must be an active problem solver, instilled with a sense of urgency for projects large and small

• Must love music and be current with popular music.

• Interest in learning new (web) related technologies and software

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite & Google Documents

• Organized, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments

• Familiarity with social networking sites desired

• Familiarity with Keynote/ PowerPoint/Excel

THE JOB

Live Nation Entertainment’s Media & Sponsorship Division is looking for a highly resourceful College Associate to bring their passion for live music, knowledge of analytical solutions and the drive to use data to solve real world business problems to join the Analytics & Product team.

The Analytics & Product team is tasked at creating next generation data analytics and supporting the campaigns of Live Nation’s Media and Sponsorship division. This team empowers sales, marketing, research and product functions with analytical solutions that support the team’s goal to help enhance the concert going experience of millions of music fans by connecting them with world-class brands. Join us in bridging the online and offline world by showcasing your creativity through data and technology.

You will assist on enhancing the data products powered by the myriad of data assets available to the Analytics & Product team. This ranges from improvements to existing dashboards, extracting new insights from big data sets, and providing guidance on improving data quality.  The College Associate on the Analytics & Product team should also expect to be involved in a variety of brand campaigns at different parts of their respective life cycles.

• Work closely with team to understand day-to-day priorities

• Explore relevant trends within datasets using SQL or R/Python to be shared both internally and as part of campaign deliverables

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

• Must be a current student enrolled in a Bachelor's/Master's program at an accredited college or university or a recent graduate 

• Interest and relevant coursework in analytics, business intelligence, data engineering

• Knowledge of SQL syntax and experience debugging queries for accurate results

• Experience with analytical techniques and the ability to apply them to business solutions

• Strong organizational, prioritization and communication skills
