KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES
Lead and perform with consumer centricity & operational excellence, as business partner of brands, be the relay between TRM (Paris head office) and TRAP (Singapore office) to ensure the global Development responsibility of Travel Retail exclusive set (TREX) projects, in compliance with maximum agility for growth, sustainability frame & digital transformation.
- Responsible for the project management of local TREX set new launches for all divisions.
- Define Travel Retail Exclusive’s packaging launch plan with business by incorporating profitability, scheduling, time to market (TTM), quality, and sustainability challenges.
- Supervise the project status, alert on the risk, and deliver the industrial solution with flexibility and business priorities.
- Lead entire development process, drive the projects with operation excellence, in cooperate with global development organization and eco-system.
- Mobilize cross function internal and external to develop strategy and manage transversal cooperation.
- Analysis catalogue to set direction of change management and compliance projects.
- Verify and monitor the product quality by defining the packaging & finish goods(FG) specification, conducting the Packaging & FG homologation tests, validating samples and production piece.
- Steer innovation and eco solution on the packaging design, study new trend and technology, push the boundaries of sustainability transformation from conception to production.
- Monitor the data quality and compliance with launch and artwork workflows.
- Technical support on quality management, regulatory compliance and new supplier integration.
- Build, manage and develop the team, coach for job know-how and development expertise.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree is required, Engineering background highly preferred.
- 6-8 years of experience in relevant project management or product development,
- 2 years of experience in team management.
- Adequate knowledge on product development process, printing technology, quality management and manufacturing flow.
- Demonstrate leadership capacity and people development track record.
- Knowledge of Travel Retail dynamics and environment is a plus.
- Good understanding of FMCG or beauty industry. Sensitivity about brands, and products.
- Comfortable working across global locations and time zones with multi-cultural environment.
- Fluent in English, bilingual (Mandarin) is preferred, but not essential.
