Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a Finance Directorto build the Treasury function within the Group.You will drive and coordinate all key treasury processes including cashflow planning and forecasting by establishing treasury frameworks, monitoring and improving efficiency in cash management.

• Oversee Group treasury function across the holding company and subsidiaries in multiple region.
• Design and maintain treasury policy that adequately control treasury activities and supporting the smooth running of the daily operations.
• Review and recommend efficient bank account management within the Group.
• Explore and build banking relationship with a new Global bank that able to support the growth of the Group.
• Responsible for managing fund placement or investment to maximise the return.
• Responsible for evaluation of the use of Trade Financing Line or Loan facilities.
• Provide weekly overview of the cashflow position and forecast to the management and manages the cash allocation for each entity.
• Evaluate the hedging needs of the Group.
• Propose and implement metrics and tracking to measure liquidity and burn efficiency.
• Support any other ad hoc treasury projects.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance / Accounting.
• At least 8+ years of working experiences in Treasury or 5+ years Manager role on group level.
• Has experience managing fund or investment and rolling out Group cash pooling process.
• Great analytical and interpersonal skills, with keen attention to detail and the bigger picture in mind.
• E-Banking experience a strong plus.
• Self-driving team player able to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment.

Job Responsibilities

Be deeply involved in the front line of business, understand business needs, sort out the financial process of the business line, standardize the business departmentapproval process, and improve business efficiency;

Responsible for the business department's monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets, understand the business in depth, provide reasonable suggestions and opinions based on business implementation, analyze financial matters, and provide the management team with timely and effective analysis of the financial and operating status;

Understand the new business and establish a financial model to provide strong support for the business department and the company's decision-making according to the needs of business development;

Improve the reporting system, increase the overall effectiveness of the financial reporting system, subdivde the accounting unit, improve digital visibility for the management of the business department, and provide strong support and analysis for decision-making according to the needs of the business department;

Control the operating risks of the business from a financial perspective while effectively controlling the financial risks and related operating costs through contract approval;

Carry out pre-, mid- and post-track management of projects carried out by the business department to provide real-time and effective financial information for smooth completion.

Job Requirements

Knowledge of statistical or database programming languages SQL and Python；

Bachelor degree or higher, accounting, financial management, finance, and similar majors are preferred, CPA, CFA, CMA certificates are preferred;

More than 5 years of relevant work experience in auditing, financial analysis, and financial BP, with financial modeling capabilities; work experience in Internet finance companies is preferred;

Strong logical thinking, high data sensitivity, strong analysis ability, and ability to quickly process complex raw data;

Expertise in more than 1 programming language or data processing language is preferred;

Fluency in spoken and written English;

Good communication, execution, and teamwork skills, and resistant to stress.
