Researches and analyses industry, market, and competitors to make strategy decisions for all welding business units.
Preparing and implementing comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities
Delegating responsibilities and supervise the work of executives providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance.
Ensuring company policies and legal guidelines are clearly communicated for company compliance both internal, external and group.
Overseeing the company’s financial performance, investments, and other business ventures. Identify core competencies, define goals and make key decisions for entity in Singapore and overseas.
Analysing problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company growth and sustainability.
Liaisons with Board of Directors to make sure all efforts are in alignment
Requirement
Degree holder in a related field with at least 10 years of experience in welding business.
Extensive experience as senior management in a diverse culture environment and demonstrable experience in developing strategies, business plans.
Excellent organizational, leadership and presentation skills.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Able to excel in high-pressure situations.
Candidate must have fluent Japanese language proficiency to liaise with Japanese speaking counterparts and suppliers as well as stakeholders.
