- Ensure food is stored, prepare and presented in a safe and hygiene manner
- Uphold high standards of food quality to ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensure all sanitation and safety guidelines are follow
- Monitor equipment and feedback to management for any defects
- Strong team spirit and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in Chinese is required
