Role & Responsibilities:

• Ensure design complies with all statutory requirements
• Managing design development of the project
• Execute tender procurement
• On-site construction supervision
• Procure statutory compliance for TOP and CSC
• Monitor the making good of defects and final certification

Requirements:

• A degree in Architectural, Civil/ Structural/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering, Building Science or Quantity Surveying.
• The degree shall be recognised either by the respective professional bodies, professional institutions or BCA
• A minimum of seven (7) years of practical experience in Project Management Services
• Familiarity with Public Sector Standard Conditions of Contract for Construction Work
• Attended and passed the "Construction Safety Course for Project Managers” conducted by agencies approved by the Ministry of Manpower.
• The PM shall work with the Architect and the Consultants in the planning, co-ordination, reporting and implementation of the Project.

• The Architect will be responsible for leading project teams,managing project timelines, budgets, and resources.

• The Intermediate Architect / Architectural Designer to work with design principal and project manager, provide technical guidance to the design team members for various building projects.
• The Intermediate Architect / Architectural Designer's scope to interpret, organize, execute and coordinate assignments, monitor the delivery of the project with the PM and QA/QC of architectural drawing production to firm-wide standards.
• The Intermediate Architect / Architectural Designer to coordinate with specialist consultants.
• The Intermediate Architect / Architectural Designer to demonstrate proficiency in CAD and BIM as well as graphic design software for the production of construction drawings, visualization and presentation materials.

Requirements:

1. Master of Architecture degree or foreign post-graduate equivalent in Architecture, Architectural Design or related field.

3. Must be meticulous, a good team player and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and perform in a fast paced environment.
4. Able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
5. Proficiency in Revit, Illustrator, Naviswork, Sketchup, Indesign, AutoCAD, Rhino, Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, Bluebeam and Newforma, Grasshopper and Enscape software experience a plus.
