What you will be doing

- Deliver CDP Core events and Alliance specific engagement
- Deliver all aspects of our CDP toolkit in order to support projects correctly
- Assist in developing CDP promotional literature and lesson plan content
- Assist with research data collection as required within cultural pulse checks
- Assist the SHES department in the alignment of the Never Harm value and safety specific initiatives/messages to target areas for improvement
- Attend specified/regular CDP meetings with other members of the coaching team and share learning across all sectors
- Provide regular feedback to the SHES Lead detailing current progress; initiatives; positive results, support required and areas of improvement
- As appropriate, attend Senior Management meetings on a quarterly/specified basis to feedback on any CDP messages or issues
- Promote and support the CDP Influencers, offer mentor with them where required, share business information, and support them in influencing the culture on their site
- Assist the business functions in the alignment of the CDP to specific initiatives/messages to target areas for improvement.
- Encourage and develop all teams to embed our core values and principles.


Who we are loking for

- Available to travel within the UK and stay away.
- Full driving license is essential
- Relevant construction site-based experience, ideally in rail but not essential
- Have attended the CDP Hub day or something equivalent
- Experience of presenting/delivering to external Clients
- Excellent communication skills with ability to assimilate information quickly and advise impacts/opportunities

- Provide fully generalist HR support to key functional areas on a day to day basis

A day in the life of a Murphy Senior Utility Surveyor

- Undertaking of high-quality utility surveys in a variety of environments using the latest EM and GPR technologies and equipment available.
- Site visits and client meetings to assist in job quotations and tendering stage of larger projects.
- Advising projects in the wider business on best survey methods to meet project requirements.
- Handling, processing, and interpreting geospatial data within the sub-surface environment
- Supporting other team members and survey specialisms of the Geomatics team as and when required.

Senior Document Controller – London

We're expanding, and we’re thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Senior Document Controller to join our Thames Water Framework in Kentish Town, London.

You'll be the go-to expert, overseeing all project document flow to ensure the smooth and precise registration and storage of drawings, specifications, and records. You’ll work closely with site teams, design teams, and subcontractors, ensuring seamless collaboration across the board. Plus, you'll leverage your expertise to coach and guide others on using tools like Business Collaborator, Aconex, TWEXNet, and Project Hub. What you will be doing

- Manage the requirements for document control on the projects to ensure implementation and compliance.
- Identify contractual requirements in relation to Document Control
- Ensure accurate control of documentation from pre-construction through to completion and archiving.
- Liaise with the project teams to ensure they have a full understanding of document control and systems procedures and provide training and instructions.
- Manage business archiving such that all documents are stored efficiently and can be accessed and always referenced.
- Manage the quality check process for documents. Ensure correction of any that have typographical/formatting errors that may lead to the disqualification of the document.
- The creation and maintenance of distribution lists / workflows / review cycles.
- Manage the management of change by ensuring documents are processed correctly, made available to the commercial team, and linked to the contract documents via CDE where a tool allows.
- Manage the collation and issue of handover documentation (O&M manuals, H&S files, as-built records, databooks, completion packs etc.)
- Provide Aconex training for all project staff within 5 working days of starting.
- Support site scanning of documents and records, ensure legibility and traceability ensuring documents have been uploaded

- Regular liaison with designers to ensure designs are efficient and safe to build

- Establish and promote best practice in safety, health, environmental, sustainability and quality (SHES) matters in conjunction with the SHES function.

What you will be doing

- Liaise with clients to understand their accommodation needs, provide solutions, and advise on the best approach for installation and demobilisation.
- Conduct site visits across the UK to assess installation restrictions and advise clients on technical solutions, ensuring all health and safety considerations are met.
- Prepare accurate quotes for the installation and demobilisation of accommodation units, and produce detailed CAD designs in 2D formats to support client proposals.
