Successful candidate should possess the following:
Degree/Diploma/Certification in Architecture/Interior Design/Construction or Building Management or relevant studies with minimum 2 years experience in project management from budgeting, implementation to completion for retail and commercial projects.
Basic Roles and Responsibilities
· To handle projects from inception to completion independently or with team/ immediate superior.
· Be responsible for budget management, project schedule and execution of assigned projects.
· Lead with ownership and manage clients, external and internal partners to ensure success delivery of projects.
· To perform required SOPs including health and safety practices on site.
· To ensure high quality and on time delivery on all project execution.
· To manage inventory, materials and maintenance processes on assigned projects.
· To handle and prepare all quality records and reports for assigned projects.
· To be able to plan, initiate and manage work processes with efficiency.
Career Growth :
· To progress to lead and train a team to perform project works including A&A and maintenance works.
· To create excellent customer service and network with assigned clients and working partners both local and overseas.
· To plan and manage project work independently including budgeting and middle management decision making.
