The Role

We’re on the lookout for experienced, reliable, dedicated, compassionate and empathetic Community Support Workers who want to make a difference by supporting our participants in reaching their aspirations and leading fulfilling lives. Shifts can very between Morning, Afternoon, Evening, Sleepover shift and Active Nights. 

What you’ll be doing:

As a Community Support Worker at Incluso Services you will be working within the community to support the day-to-day needs of our participants such as providing personal care, meal preparation, domestic assistance, social support, transport, and personal development. You'll have the opportunity to forge strong connections with your participants, gaining insight into their needs, preferences, and goals. The Role

Our dynamic and supportive team is seeking a passionate, autonomous, flexible, and highly skilled OT to enhance the lives of our participants, to increase their independence and function with everyday tasks.

What you’ll be doing:

• You will work as a mobile OT providing community-based therapy to NDIS participants to help meet their goals.

• Provide both assessment and intervention services to both children and adults within their home environment, school or workplace. 

• Completing functional capacity assessments, life skills training, equipment prescription, home environment assessments, and completion of reports outlining recommendations. 

• Working with our leadership team to create a strong OT offering within the business with rapid growth.

• Meeting potential new clients and discussing how we can help to support them with our services.
• Establish new referral pathways through networking with the community and other avenues.
• Contacting clients referred to Incluso Services in a timely and appropriate manner to offer a service.
• Conducting a risk assessment with clients to ascertain current risk status.
• Assisting with onboarding participants and other administration involved in the process.

What you’ll be doing:

• Schedule team members shifts promptly, accurately, and in alignment with service requests and care delivery plans.
• Develop strategies to ensure staff are matched with compatible participants.
• Mentor, coach, and assist support workers to provide consistent, safe, and quality care and support to the participants supported by the organisation.

The Role

We’re on the lookout for an experienced, reliable, dedicated, compassionate and empathetic Support Coordinator Team Leader who wants to make a difference by leading our Support Coordination Team and support our participants in reaching their aspirations and leading fulfilling lives.

What you’ll be doing:

As the Support Coordinator Team Leader at Incluso Services you will be responsible with engaging both internal and external stakeholders, from the first contact with participants, to onboarding and continue with ongoing service delivery. You will need to be able to manage multiple priorities, lead your team and deliver specialist assistance to participants that require a higher level of Support Coordination.

What you’ll bring:

• Exceptional customer engagement skills and experience, delivering high quality, individually tailored service.
• A solid understanding of the person-centered approach, the principles of the NDIS and the National Disability Service Standards, with experience working within the NDIS and/or disability sector.
• Efficiently allocate referrals to ensure prompt access to appropriate services for NDIS participants.
• Create, review and revise NDIS Service Agreements as needed.
• Collaborate with NDIS stakeholders to convert inquiries into referrals while maintaining exceptional client service.
• Work closely with operational team members and leaders to ensure a positive intake and service delivery process.
• Manage new and existing funding requests to ensure NDIS funds are available for service.
• Provide high quality and tailored advice to participants who are navigating the NDIS.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients, including families and stakeholders, as necessary.
• Ensure robust case management activity with all activity entered into the system, ensuring all progress, plans, communications and interactions with participants and stakeholders are clearly documented.

What we would like you to have:

• Established networks within the NDIS and Northern Suburbs Community.
• Experience in a similar role or previous Level 3 Support Coordinator Experience.
• Authorised to work in Victoria.
• Valid Victorian Driver License

• Relevant Qualifications: such as Bachelor of Psychology, Certificate IV in Community Services or studying towards relevant qualification will be highly regarded for these positions.

The Role

We’re on the lookout for experienced, reliable, dedicated, compassionate and empathetic Community Support Workers who want to make a difference by supporting our participants in reaching their aspirations and leading fulfilling lives.

What you’ll be doing:

As a Community Support Worker at Incluso Services you will be working within the community to support the day-to-day needs of our participants such as providing personal care, meal preparation, domestic assistance, social support, transport, and personal development. You'll have the opportunity to forge strong connections with your participants, gaining insight into their needs, preferences, and goals. This understanding will enable you to provide tailored support, empowering them to accomplish what truly matters to them.

What you’ll bring:

• A passion for people and a genuine interest in responding to the needs of others.
• Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with individuals.
• Transferable skills in providing care with compassion, empathy, and resilience.
• Physical aptitude to perform various manual tasks with ease.

What we would like you to have:

• Authorised to work in Victoria.
• Valid Victorian Driver License
• An understanding of the NDIS, disability, and community services sector
• Certificate III Individual Support/Disability or studying towards the qualification will be highly regarded for these positions.
• Minimum 2-year industry experience
• Ability to actively navigate and adapt to change.
• Working with Children Check
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• First Aid/CPR Certificate

We’re excited that we are looking to expand our team and we’re on the hunt for a NDIS Finance Assistant (Accounts Assistant) to join our Finance Team.

The Role

You'll be responsible for performing a range of administrative and financial functions that are required for a disability service provider, this includes preparing and processing NDIS invoices, assisting with payroll, book-keeping, reconciling transactions, preparing financial reports, liaising with both internal and external stakeholders, and assisting in the overall operations of our organisation.

What you’ll be doing:

• Manage day-to-day administration tasks with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
• Assist with participant and team member enquiries.
• Claiming and invoicing for NDIS services
• Respond to NDIS and accounts enquiries
• Develop quotes, service agreements and schedules of support
• Assist with the processing of the fortnightly payroll
• Assist with accounts receivable, payable and bank statement reconciliation, as required
• Ensure services are provided so as to adhere to relevant industry legislation and standards
• Identify the opportunities to increase the budget of the participant.
• Managing documentation, record-keeping, and data entry.

What you’ll bring:

• Great attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Payroll requirements in accordance with the SCHADS award
• Act in accordance with the NDIS Code of Conduct
• Extensive knowledge of NDIS Invoicing
• Ability to work in a very busy environment and to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Adaptable to changing circumstances and being able to prioritise work.

What we would like you to have:

• Authorised to work in Victoria.
• An understanding of the NDIS, disability, and community services sector
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• An understanding of rostering and SCHADS Award
• Experience in the NDIS billing processes.
• Previous experience in accounts in a similar role
• Working with Children Check
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
