Job Description
- Ensure and maintain kitchen, cleaning and fish tank equipment, surfaces, serving ware, dishware are clean and sanitized. Ensure that damaged items are separated and replaced.
- Ensure and maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment’s such as chiller, griddle, ovens & hoods, pots and pans and other types of kitchen utensils.
- Supervise and carry out general cleaning includes washing, sweeping, mopping, polishing the stores and kitchen including prepare equipment.
- Supervise and carry out collection and removal of trash, including empty bottles from all areas of operation and dispose of waste at designated garbage area daily.
- Ensures guest satisfaction & promotes restaurant image in business by rendering and producing excellent quality of cleaning and sanitation of all equipment & table wares being utilized in Restaurants and other guest areas related to restaurant.
- Participates and attends all training and meetings organized by management to always improve skills and knowledge necessary to perform the tasks.
- Responsible to upkeep and maintain of company standards for multiple locations.
- Other ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
- Preferably in F&B or Hospitality industry, minimum five (5) year of related experience
- Good knowledge of the kitchen, cleaning, and fish tank equipment
- Able to work in a fast pace working environment.
- Able to work on rotating shifts, weekends & public holidays.
