IPS Group is proud to be working with a growing independent insurance broker in Birmingham. Due to their continued success in securing new business, they are expanding their team and are looking for a driven and ambitious individual to join their thriving office.
In this role, you will support the company Director-an industry leader known for prioritising their staff-and the Account Executives. Key responsibilities include reviewing tenant details, verifying addresses and values, liaising with insurers to negotiate competitive rates, and producing accurate documentation.
This is a highly rewarding but demanding role, requiring a strong work ethic and the right attitude. The opportunities for growth are significant, and if you have the drive and determination, you could quickly become a key player in the future of the business.
The role is ideal for someone looking to step up into an executive position and take on more client-facing responsibilities, though this is not essential. If you're not looking for this progression right now, we still encourage you to apply.
Experience in real estate insurance is essential for this role. Our client's team works closely with lawyers, funders, project consultants, and contractors to ensure all insurance obligations are met with comprehensive, competitively priced policies. They are involved at every stage-supporting site acquisitions, arranging project policies and warranties for developers, insuring income-generating assets upon completion, and handling professional indemnity for key advisors such as architects, engineers, and surveyors involved in developments.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing broker and take your career to the next level.
