As a prime mover driver, you are responsible to:

• Operate company owned prime mover and trailer to truck empty or loaded containers inside PSA port and client’s premises.
• Handle container delivery and collection by shifting containers within warehouse and yard
• Maintain and care of vehicle properly
• Follow safety rules and regulations while driving a company's vehicle.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the controller

You should have:

• A valid Class 4 or 5 Singapore driving licence with a clean record
• Having 3 years of relevant working experience is advantageous.
• Being familiar with PSA operations is advantageous.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision and under pressure.

As an Logistics Coordinator, you will coordinate and monitor shipments of export orders to ensure that materials/products are transported in compliance with transportation and import/export regulations/requirements, and delivered on time to customers.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate shipping of products, including method of transport, pick-up times and carriers to meet required shipping and delivery dates
• Oversee the preparation of export shipping documents in SAP (in accordance with regulatory requirements)
• Communicate all customer-specific requirements to distribution/shipping personnel to ensure that shipments are processed on time and as per customer expectations
• Assist in the development and implementation of written export transportation procedures and filing maintenance
• Conduct systematic controls to ensure adherence to local and international transport and customs regulations as well as Company policies and procedures
• Execute other tasks as required and assigned by supervisor.

Ideally you should have:

Main Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics or relevant field of studies
• 2 to 3 years of experience in logistics (experience in shipping operations is preferred)

Technical Skills

Job Description:

• Address customers’ requests, feedback and queries via email and phone calls and other channels.

2) Releasing clerk

• Ensure cargo released tallies with deliver order
• Check marking, photos, quantity on tablet upon releasing
• Retrieve cargo tracking tags after confirmation of release
• Sign off on delivery order

3) Tracer

• Locate cargo for stuffing using tablet or physical draft load list
• Affix numbered sticker on cargo for stuffing into same container

4) Tally clerk

Unstuffing

• Carry out Import Planner instructions
• Tally physical cargo according to import manifest
• Correctly input marking, measurement, photos, quantity and remarks into tablet
• Attached cargo tracking tags on cargo

Stuffing

• Carry out Export Planner instructions
• Tally physical cargo according to export load plan
• Ensure correct cargo are loaded into the correct container
• Retrieve cargo tracking tags upon loading of cargo

Full time position with CPF. No shift work.
