Roles & Responsibilities

· Develop aluminium concepts according to Architect's / Facade Consultant's contract drawings and specifications.

· Liaise with project Architect/Consultant and site personnel to produce and execute the works for assigned projects. · Plan, Implement and monitor design development, shop-drawings and fabrication drawings production schedules. · Ensure product design development costs within budget constraints Qualities. · Ability to evaluate alum works and propose potential value engineering and cost savings. · Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. · Have relevant experience in Alum and glazing works.

1) Able to assist manager to answering phone calls.

2) Able to do filing and sort out documents and payment compilations.

3) Able to submit claim

4) Able to apply work permit, cancellation etc.

5) Able to assist on quotation

6) Able to assist to do general admin work

7) Able to help out other colleague

8) Able to communicate with clients and make good relationship with others

1) Min 1-2 years experience

2) Min "o" level

3) Able to speak and write in english (chinese will be advantage too)

4) Able to do some simple account compilations, supplier invoices & Dos

5) Must be hardworking, humble & willing to learn.

3) Able to read drawing and auto cad is a must

4) Able to do multitask visit site and assist project manager

5) Have experiences in aluminium window and doors trade

6) Able to do project submission

7) Age range between 21-35 only

1) Chinese & English speaking and written is a must

2) Min O level with 2 years experience

3) Experience in applying WP and HR work is advantage.

4) Able to perform admin work like handling phone call, compile supplier invoices, filing and ad-hoc task

5) QS & purchasing experience is needed

6) Must be a hardworking an willing to learn

7) Age group 21-35 only
