Responsibilities and duties:

Perform secretarial and administrative functions

Handle all types of insurance, government-paid leave, claims and reimbursements

Track OT claims to ensure compliance with MOM regulations

Manage e-HR portal

Handle recruitment to Job advertisement

Handle onboarding of new hire

Process resignation of employees

Manage adhoc HR queries

Maintain company’s motor vehicles including road tax and insurance renewal

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience as a PA

Good command of English

O Level / A Level / Diploma Holder

Key Responsibilities:

· Despatching documents to designated locations promptly and accurately.

· Collecting documents from various sources as instructed by the management.

· Receiving, sorting, and distributing mail within the organization.

· Ensuring the confidentiality and security of all business documents.

Qualifications and Skills:

· Previous experience as a Despatch Rider or in a similar role preferred.

· Familiarity with routes in CBD/town.

· The ability to manage multiple despatch related tasks.

· High level of responsibility and reliability.

· Knowledge on use of Franking Machine is preferred.

· Possession of personal transport, such as a motorcycle, is an added advantage.

Work Day:

· 5 work days (Monday – Friday)

Job Title: Accountant / Group Accountant

Main Areas Of Work, includes :-

Accounting for group companies/Financial statements – full set of accounts including finalization with auditors

Administration of project accounts, including obtaining auditors certification for statutory filing

Corporate income tax

GST accounting, registration, de-registration, checking and quarterly filing for all GST registered entities

Budgeting/forecast

Qualifications:

Ability to work independently

Preferably with experience in real estate industry

Minimum 5 years of experience

Degree holder
