HR / Payroll Executive
· Provide HR support and administration which including recruitment, staffing, performance management and compensation & benefits, etc.
· Maintain and ensure the accuracy of information and physical documents such as payroll, employee records, leave and claim entries.
· Assist in payment of the basic pay and overtime calculation to processing of workers’ salary.
· Maintain proper worker records and to administrate employee benefits programmes including annual leave, medical, insurance, etc.
· Responsible for work passes applications, renewal and cancellation and monitoring of employment quota.
· Any other duties assigned from time to time
